These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TalkForHer (talkforher.com), owned and operated by Homeofy (a partnership firm). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use TalkForHer.

What TalkForHer is — and isn't

TalkForHer gives you a private space to share how you live and feel over time. Our AI assists by organising your entries and surfacing patterns; it does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice. Every medical decision is made by a qualified doctor.

Not a substitute for professional care, and not an emergency service. TalkForHer does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately. Holistic care (including homeopathy and nutrition guidance) is provided as supportive care and makes no guarantee of any specific medical outcome or cure.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. Phone verification is required. Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Subscription, pricing & payments

• TalkForHer offers a 7-day free trial, after which the plan is ₹499 per month, unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Prices may change with prior notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it unlawfully, disrupt it, or use it to harm others. You are responsible for the content you share.

Intellectual property

TalkForHer, its content, design, and software are owned by Homeofy and its licensors. Content you share remains yours; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service and provide your care.

Third-party services

The service relies on third parties including the FLOW application (backend/AI), Razorpay (payments), and SMS/analytics providers. Their services are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homeofy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Homeofy against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Governing law
