Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for the TalkForHer subscription, operated by Homeofy (a partnership firm). Payments are processed via Razorpay.
Free trial
TalkForHer includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
Billing & auto-renewal
After the trial, the subscription is ₹499 per month and renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Applicable taxes may apply.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing [support email — to be updated]. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
- Because access is granted immediately, fees for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, and partial-period refunds are not provided. Your access simply continues until the period ends.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges (e.g., you were billed twice, or charged after a timely cancellation) are refunded in full.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 7–10 business days.
